Vineel Randy

With over five years of hands-on experience in the development sector, Vineel Randy brings dynamic leadership, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to grassroots transformation. Having served in various capacities — from volunteer roles to city-level project leadership — he has developed a holistic understanding of both on-ground realities and programmatic execution.

 

As Career Guidance Project Head, Randy led initiatives that empowered underprivileged children with direction and opportunity, while also overseeing end-to-end program delivery in Visakhapatnam that emphasized impact, compliance, and deep community engagement. His strategic acumen was further demonstrated in his role as a Regional Fundraising Strategist across six cities, where he facilitated donor engagement, mobilised critical resources, and helped build sustainable funding models.

 

Randy’s commitment to social impact was cultivated through his early involvement in the youth wing of a Christian fellowship rooted in the principle of “serve one another.” During this time, he actively led and supported various awareness and donation initiatives, laying a strong foundation for his continued work in community development.

 

In addition, he has led high-impact events and multi-stakeholder initiatives, sharpening his expertise in coordination, team management, and impact measurement.

 

Currently serving as the Executive Secretary of Society of Diakonia Inc., he plays a vital role in shaping the organisation’s vision while remaining deeply involved in project design and on-ground execution. His unique blend of field experience and strategic leadership ensures that every initiative undertaken by the organisation is both community-rooted and outcome-driven.
