Donation Refund Poilicy

Society of Diakonia Incorporated is grateful for the generosity and support of our donors, which enables us to continue our mission. We understand that errors in donation transactions can occasionally occur. Therefore, in the interest of maintaining transparency and trust, we have implemented a donation refund policy.

Donors who have made a contribution through our website in error may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the transaction. All such requests must be made in writing and should include the transaction details and reason for the refund. We may require additional documentation or verification to process the request, and we appreciate your cooperation in this regard.

Please note that the decision to approve a refund lies solely at the discretion of the organization. Refunds will not be issued if a tax exemption certificate (under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act) has already been generated for the donation.
