Dr.Ratnakumar Solomon

Our Vice President is a seasoned healthcare professional with an MBBS qualification and a lifelong dedication to community medicine and public health service. With vast experience in industrial health, rural health camps, and community outreach, he has touched the lives of countless individuals in underserved areas. He is the founder and head of Solomon Nursing Home and Dental Hospital, which operates with the noble motto of "serving the needy", offering quality and affordable healthcare to marginalised communities.

In addition to medical practice, he has made immense contributions to nursing education, having successfully run a nursing school for over 45 years. A thought leader and educator, he has authored several textbooks for Auxiliary Nurse Training and Midwifery, helping shape the next generation of healthcare workers in India.

Importantly, he has been closely associated with Society of Diakonia Incorporated since its inception, offering his unwavering support, medical expertise, and leadership to advance the organisation’s mission of service and social transformation.
